You are able to get the best solution for 2nd question but stuck in 1st question so, do more practice and try to use your already solved questions knowledge in modified questions. work on wiring good code on google doc. Overall you need more practice in code writing and solution thinking.
Areas of Improvement
Work on explanation part. Explaining your approach to interview is much more important. Improve intro, it should be more technical and short. Improve Indentation and write clean code on google doc.
