She is able to get a good approach but not optimized one. More practice is required to solve a problem on time with best approach. Start solving problem by taking care of time you are taking. solve it in 30 min to perform best in real interview.
Areas of Improvement
Do more practice of popular mostly asked DSA question. Dry run your approach and check if it really correct or not before explaining to writing it. Your final code should not contain any bug or error. Work on speeding up writing your code. Improve Indentation and write clean code on google doc.
