She is good while thinking a approach for a problem but she added too much complexity in her approach so avoid solving multiple things in one shot. Practice writing code on docs because your are good in thinking but need to improve coding.

Work on Time complexity calculation. Need more practice to quickly write your approach on time with minimum complexity in your code.
